Absenteeism
The college will follow the following course of actions to properly
monitor students’ absenteeism.

If a
student absents himself to 10% of the required course hours he will
be received the first warning letter.

If a
student absents himself to 15% of the required course hours, he
will be issued a second warning letter.

If a
student absents himself up to 25% of the required course hours, he
will be awarded “0” grade in the final exam and will be considered
as failed.

If a
student absents himself in more than 25% of the required course
hours, he will be dropped from the course and the same shall be
intimated to his financial sponsors.

In all
the above cases, the college shall not refund the fee paid for that
course.
