Absenteeism

       The college will follow the following course of actions to properly monitor students’ absenteeism.   

• If a student absents himself to 10% of the required course hours he will be received the first warning letter.

• If a student absents himself to 15% of the required course hours, he will be issued a second warning letter.

• If a student absents himself up to 25% of the required course hours, he will be awarded “0” grade in the final exam and will be considered as failed.

• If a student absents himself in more than 25% of the required course hours, he will be dropped from the course and the same shall be intimated to his financial sponsors.

• In all the above cases, the college shall not refund the fee paid for that course.
