Future Development Plan

1.      Initiatives will be taken to enhance the advanced requirements of Information Resource Centre of SUC.

2.      Library web page for the Information Resource Centre can be built-up and linked with the college website in

         order to provide access to the various information resource  facility directly to the desktops for the students and

         faculty members of the Sur  University College.

3.      More Relevant Serials (Electronic & Print) will be subscribed for the Library.

4.      Queries will be effectively solved based on the priority and the relevant information will be provided at a give

         point of time.

5.      Initiatives will be taken to introduce News Alert for the SUC Community.

6.      Minimum of two Serials will be subscribed for each program which was taught by the

          Sur University College.

7.      User satisfaction surveys will be conducted at the end of each semester.

8.       E- Library Collections will be increased from time to time  according to the

          requirements of the Sur University college student and faculties.

9.      Initiatives will be taken to increase the book collections and reference materials

         according to the requirements.

10.   Initiatives will be taken for introducing the Document Delivery System in Sur

          University College with the support of SUC management.
