Network
Infrastucture
The primary IT
infrastructure of SUC consists of a Windows based domain network with
five servers and more than 200 work stations spanned across the
college network. The network infrastructure in sur University covers
all areas of the campus. All the computers are connected to the
network.
There are totally 5
servers configured to manage the entire the LAN with centralized
domain network. High configuration servers with Intel Xenon 2.5 GHz
with 4GB RAM that run on windows server 2003 platform. Data storage &
share drive facility has been given to all SUC staffs. The
workstations are running on windows XP professional operating system
with service pack 3.
