Dr. Mohammad  M. AL-Khrisat ,Chair OF IST Dept.

Dr. Mohammad Khrisat was born in 1955, with a Jordanian nationality. He had  bachelor degree  in Computer Sciences from Northeastern Illinois University, Chicago, IL, USA, in 1983. He had master degree in Computer Science from New Jersey  Institute of Technology, New Jersey, USA, in 1989. He had PhD in Computer Science from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, IL, USA 1992.

Khrisat worked as an instructor at the Arab Community College / Jordan, from 1983 to 1987. He worked as full time Assistant Professor with Mu’tah University from 1992 to 2009. He worked as part time Assistant Professor with Amman Arab University for Graduate Studies (AAUGS) / Jordan,  and AL-hussein Bin Talal University, Ma’an,  Jordan. Currently, he is an Assistant Professor of computer Sciences at Sur University College(SUC), Oman

He held several administration and academic positions: Chairman of Computer Science Department and Computer Center Director at Mu’tah University.  Currently, he is the Chair  of IST at  SUC.
