PLACEMENT TEST 

The Foundation Department in the College shall assess prospective students in order to determine both their proficiency in English Language and levels in Mathematics and Computer. If they have not achieved minimum band score of 6.0 in IELTS or other equivalent test, they shall be placed at the appropriate level in the Foundation Program, after sitting the University College placement test (entry test) in English and Mathematics and Computer.

•             The students who pass the placement tests in these courses are not required to study the exact courses during the foundation.

•             Then the students will be categorized according to their levels in the English language into groups, in order to provide them an appropriate teaching and learning.

•             Students who pass in IELTS or TOEFL or a foundation program in any other institution is not required to study the foundation year courses.
